Scope of services:

  • legal assistance in the course of purchasing or selling real estate (verification and analysis of land and mortgage registers, drawing up sales agreements, including property development contracts) and in the course of drawing up, giving opinion on and negotiating other contracts related to the trade in real estate (e.g. lease agreements)
  • representation before administration bodies in cases regarding expropriation, concerning merger and division of real property, as well as in proceedings concerning adjacent fees for participation in the cost of construction of technical infrastructure
  • support in performance of rights under protection of title to real estate, including claims for reinstating compliance with the law and discontinuation of infringement, claiming compensation, cases for vacating real property (eviction)
  • obtaining the required permits and administrative decisions for a given real property (occupancy permit, building permit, land development conditions decision)
  • legal assistance in the course of investment processes (development of legal-tax models)
  • legal assistance with respect to cases concerning prescription, establishment of land easement and transmission easement, dissolution of co-ownership
  • drawing up, giving opinion on and negotiating construction contracts
  • settlement of the legal state of real estate
  • legal audit of real estate
  • representation in proceedings regarding land and mortgage registers
  • legal support at all stages of the construction process
  • legal assistance in the scope of planning and zoning issues
  • drawing up, giving opinion on and negotiating construction contracts (including FIDIC-based contracts), contracts for design works, geological works, surveying works and investor’s supervision
  • legal assistance with respect to obtaining the required permits, licenses and other administrative decisions for a given real property (occupancy permit, building permit, decision on land development conditions)
  • pursuing claims related to failure to perform or improper performance of construction works, including the payment of remuneration and contractual penalty
  • representation in disputes related to construction works
