CAREER HISTORY
Graduate of the Law and Administration Department of Wrocław University. After completion of judge training, he adjudicated in the 1st Civil Division of the District Court for Wrocław – Śródmieście, first as an assistant judge, and then as a judge.
In 2002, he was entered onto the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Wrocław, and in 2003 established, together with attorney-at-law Sławomir Pasieka, Law Firm of Attorneys-at-Law Maciej Kuźnicki, Sławomir Pasieka Professional Partnership, currently operating as General Partnership.
In the course of his career, Maciej Kuźnicki has conducted or collaborated in the conduct of many cases in various areas of law, vast majority of which ended successfully. He specialises most of all in business law, debt management and compensations, as well as arbitration and mediation.
He actively participates in trainings and academic conferences. He is fluent in English.
